Availability & Shipping – Winter Season

• Winter period: November 1 to March 23

Order Processing

• Any order paid before 10:00 a.m. (business day) is shipped the same day.

• No shipments are processed on Saturdays, Sundays, or on December 25–26 and January 1–2.

Shipping Fees

• Rates and surcharges are calculated based on the purchase price, package size, weight, and distance.

• Oversized parcels are charged based on actual or volumetric weight, whichever is greater.

• Exceptions may apply for remote areas, heavy products, or oversized items.

• If applicable, shipping fees are displayed at the final checkout step to provide an accurate cost based on the delivery address and selected carrier.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking & Delivery
