Our international shipments are processed using a secure and trackable delivery service. Customs duties, import taxes, administrative fees, and any other charges required by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer, in accordance with local laws and policies. All international sales are final, with no exchange, return, or refund.

• Carriers: Purolator and Canada Post.

• Fair pricing: no artificial price increases.

• Small parcel: max. 24 cm × 10 cm × 20 cm.

• Rates based on purchase price, parcel size and weight.

• Oversized parcel: charged by real or volumetric weight (whichever is higher).

• Delivery time: may vary based on distance, holidays, or seasonal volume.

• Exceptions: apply to remote areas, heavy or oversized products.

💸 Fees and Refunds

• Shipping costs appear at the final checkout stage.

• Shipping and return fees are the customer’s responsibility.

• Unclaimed packages will incur return shipping charges deducted from your refund.

• For returned items with free shipping, the initial delivery cost will be deducted from the refund.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

• A signature may be required upon delivery depending on the carrier.

• No shipments on Saturdays, Sundays, December 25–26, and January 1–2.

📦 Unclaimed Package

Any delivery of an unclaimed package will be considered a cancellation of your purchase. In this case, our round-trip shipping fees will be automatically deducted from the total refund amount of your order.
