GV Limited Lifetime Warranty
• GV's limited lifetime warranty only covers manufacturing defects under normal snow usage conditions.
• The lifespan of a pair of snowshoes ranges between 3 to 10 years, depending on usage.
• The warranty is valid as long as parts are available. If applicable, snowshoes will be repaired free of charge.
Important: The warranty covers the product's lifespan, not the buyer's lifetime.

To initiate a request for replacement parts under warranty:

Snowshoe parts sold by Simard Sport are covered exclusively by a 30-day warranty applicable only to manufacturing defects. 3.1 Proof of Purchase
• original invoice• name must match the claimant
3.2 Mandatory Photographic Evidence
All photos must be clear, recent, and unedited, and must include:• the complete product (front and back)• close-up of the defect• product installed in real-use conditions• visible serial number or label• installation environment
Any missing or insufficient photo will result in automatic rejection.
4. Proper Installation
The warranty is void if the installation:• does not follow the manufacturer’s instructions• shows improper fit or incorrect tightening• has been modified, repaired, or altered• was performed without proper tools• shows signs of abusive or unintended use
The customer must demonstrate, with supporting evidence, that the installation is compliant.Failing this, the claim will be rejected.
5. Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:• normal wear and tear• impacts, drops, or shocks• weather conditions (freezing, salt, humidity, corrosion)• misuse or overloading• lack of maintenance• repeated assembly or disassembly• any repair attempted by the customer or a third party• loss of time, fees, or indirect damages
6. Return Authorization (RMA)
No return will be accepted without prior written authorization.
Any product returned without authorization will be refused or returned to the customer at their expense.
7. Shipping and Inspection
When a return is authorized:• all shipping costs, including return labels, are the responsibility of the customer• the product must be clean, complete, and unaltered
Upon receipt:• a technical inspection is conducted• if no manufacturing defect is found, the warranty is denied• the product is returned without compensation
The company’s decision is final.
8. Limitation of Liability
