If you are not satisfied with your snowshoes for any reason and they have not been used, you can request an exchange or refund within 30 days of your purchase or receiving your package.
When shopping for snowshoes or appliances, it is crucial to verify after-sales service and the availability of replacement parts during and after the warranty period. We strongly recommend Quebec-based companies, like ours, that are committed to providing quality service and listening to their customers before, during, and after their purchase.

Before Initiating a Return
Contact us by email at info@raquetteaneige.com to obtain a return authorization number and details of the return procedure.
For non-defective items:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, unaltered, and unused, accompanied by the original tags and a proof of purchase (paper or electronic invoice). 
- The free shipping promotion applies only to the initial purchase and does not cover returns. 
Easy Returns and Quick Refunds
You can make a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date or 30 days after Christmas for the gift period.
- Visit the customer service counter in Laval with your order confirmation or invoice. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. 
- Shipping fees are deductible from the refunded amount. 
- Alternatively, you can return the items by mail, with signature required, within 30 days of receiving the products. 
Exceptions and Final Sale Items
Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged but remain covered by a warranty.This includes: gloves, socks, hats, goggles, headlamps, mittens, toques, gaiters, tips, crampons, bags, and all repair parts for snowshoes.

GV Limited Lifetime Warranty
- GV's limited lifetime warranty only covers manufacturing defects under normal snow usage conditions. 
- The lifespan of a pair of snowshoes ranges between 3 to 10 years, depending on usage. 
- The warranty is valid as long as parts are available. If applicable, snowshoes will be repaired free of charge. 
Important: The warranty covers the product's lifespan, not the buyer's lifetime.
Replacement Parts Under Warranty
To initiate a request for replacement parts under warranty:
